01Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using pictelora.space or any related Pictelora feature, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
02Service Description
Pictelora is an independent AI image generation product that provides a web interface, accounts, credits, generation history, downloads, and billing features. Image generation may rely on Z-Image Turbo and other third-party infrastructure. Pictelora is not the developer or official website of the underlying model unless expressly stated.
Features, models, prices, credit costs, limits, and availability may change as the Service evolves. We do not promise that every prompt will produce a result or that an output will match your expectations.
03Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
- You may not share, sell, transfer, automate access to, or create accounts to evade restrictions, credit rules, safety controls, or enforcement.
- You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
04Content Responsibility and Prohibited Uses
You bear full responsibility for all prompts, uploaded materials, generated images, downloads, publications, and uses of outputs. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit and must ensure your use and outputs comply with law, these Terms, and third-party rights.
- NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, erotic, sexually suggestive, uncensored, or other adult content.
- Any sexual content involving minors, child exploitation, grooming, or depiction of minors in unsafe or inappropriate contexts.
- Graphic violence, gore, glorification of violence, credible threats, instructions to harm people or animals, or content promoting terrorism or extremism.
- Politically sensitive content, election manipulation, political persuasion or propaganda, impersonation of public officials, or misleading media likely to cause public harm.
- Hateful, discriminatory, harassing, abusive, defamatory, exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, face swaps, deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, identity theft, fraud, scams, or misleading claims of authenticity.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other rights.
- Illegal goods or activity, malware, circumvention of safeguards, reverse engineering, scraping, excessive automated requests, service disruption, or unauthorized access.
05Moderation and Enforcement
Pictelora may use automated or manual measures to review prompts, inputs, outputs, and account activity for safety, security, support, and compliance. We may refuse generation, remove or disable access to content, freeze or revoke credits associated with abuse, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban accounts, preserve evidence, or report unlawful activity when reasonably necessary.
We may act without advance notice when content or conduct violates these Terms, creates legal or safety risk, threatens the Service, or could harm users or third parties. Enforcement does not transfer responsibility for user content to Pictelora.
06Reporting Prohibited Content
If you discover generated content on the Service that you believe violates these Terms, please report it by emailing support@pictelora.space. Where possible, include the relevant content, page or account information, and the reason for your report so that we can investigate.
We will conduct an initial review within 48 hours after receiving a report. Content confirmed to violate these Terms will be removed or disabled, and the responsible user may have their access restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated.
07Inputs, Outputs, and Intellectual Property
You retain any rights you already hold in your lawful inputs. Subject to applicable law and third-party model terms, Pictelora does not claim ownership of your generated outputs. You grant Pictelora a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, store, and moderate inputs and outputs only as needed to operate, secure, support, and enforce the Service.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar or identical to outputs created for others, or ineligible for intellectual-property protection. Pictelora does not guarantee ownership, uniqueness, non-infringement, commercial suitability, or legal eligibility of any output. You are responsible for obtaining legal advice and permissions before publishing or commercially using an output.
08Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions
Credits are limited, revocable, non-transferable digital entitlements used only within Pictelora. They are not money, stored value, or property and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credit costs and entitlement rules shown in the Service apply when a generation request is submitted.
Subscriptions and credit packs are billed at the price, currency, interval, tax treatment, and terms displayed at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and generally does not reverse the current paid period. Annual subscription credits may be delivered in installments according to the plan rules.
09Refunds
Pictelora sells digital and virtual products that can be delivered or consumed immediately. Purchases are therefore non-refundable as a general rule, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or Pictelora approves an exceptional request after review.
A request must be sent to support@pictelora.space with the account email, order or transaction identifier, purchase date, detailed reason, and relevant evidence. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Used credits, generated or downloaded outputs, change of mind, dissatisfaction with subjective output quality, failure to cancel renewal, and accounts restricted for violations are not ordinarily eligible. The Refund Policy provides additional details.
10Privacy and Third-Party Services
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. The Service depends on third parties for functions such as AI processing, authentication, hosting, storage, email, human verification, and payments, including Creem and Waffo Pancake. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies. Pictelora is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
11Service Availability and Changes
The Service may be modified, interrupted, rate-limited, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, provider changes, security, compliance, business, or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of outputs, compatibility with every device, or continued availability of a particular model or feature.
12Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all outputs are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of accuracy, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pictelora and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, revenue, profits, business, reputation, or opportunity arising from the Service or outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13Suspension, Termination, and Changes
You may stop using the Service at any time. Pictelora may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or harm to the Service or others. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective, including content responsibility, payment records, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits.
We may revise these Terms. The updated version applies from the date posted, and material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
14Disputes and Contact
Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support@pictelora.space and provide enough information for us to investigate. These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the operator of Pictelora, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@pictelora.space.
