What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans charge the discounted annual price once per year while keeping the same monthly credit allowance for your selected tier.
When do I receive credits on an annual plan?
Your first monthly credit allowance is added after payment. The remaining allowances are released monthly throughout the annual subscription instead of being added all at once.
Do unused subscription credits expire?
Subscription credits remain available while the subscription is active. After the paid period ends and the subscription expires, any remaining subscription credits enter a 30-day grace period before expiring.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current paid period. Your subscription does not renew after that date, and remaining subscription credits follow the 30-day grace-period rule once the subscription ends.
What happens to images I generated with subscription credits?
Images generated with valid subscription credits while your subscription is active are retained permanently, even if the subscription later ends.
Can I buy a credit pack while subscribed?
Yes. A credit pack adds one-time credits without changing your subscription. Pack credits are valid for six months, and images generated with valid pack credits are retained permanently.
